Current Openings

  • As the SFx Chair, you’ll serve as a leader connecting AIA small firm leaders across Oregon. This role includes organizing events, fostering community, and representing small firm voices within AIA Oregon. It’s a great opportunity to strengthen your network and elevate the impact of architecture across the state.

  • As an Emerging Professionals Committee (EPC) leader, you’ll help create community and provide support for those in the early stages of their architecture careers. This role involves planning programs, guiding discussions, and representing the needs of emerging professionals within the AIA. It’s a chance to shape the future of the profession while building your own leadership skills.

  • As a Career Development Task Force Member, you’ll help shape resources and programs that support architects at every stage of their professional journey. This role focuses on identifying needs, sharing insights, and collaborating on initiatives that advance career growth. It’s a meaningful way to give back while building connections across the profession.
